Twin Cities Folk Musician Visits Wildwood Elementary School

December 21, 2018, twin cities folk musician and educator Ross Sutter visited students at Wildwood Elementary for the school’s annual sing-along. Mr. Sutter was an artist-in-residence at Wildwood Elementary two years ago, teaching students songs, dances, and folk tales from Sweden, Ireland, and Northern Europe. Mr. Sutter is a well-known and sought after musician and educator in the Midwest, performing in folk festivals, schools, and often at the American Swedish Institute in Minneapolis. His authentic folk music and engaging concerts are a highlight for students throughout the region.

Students loved singing and dancing with Mr. Sutter! This musical program was made possible through the generosity of the Wildwood Artist Series.
